Meet the Managers
Greg
MANAGER, WEST CORNWALL
Greg is a registered manager for Aspire in Truro, working for Aspire since November 2022. He has worked in care in Cornwall for a long time, about 15 years.
Outside of work he likes to spend some time with his family, walk his dogs on the cliffs, cook nice food and volunteer with the local coastguard team. He has 3 children and 3 dogs, 3 is the magic number!
Amy
MANAGER, WEST CORNWALL
Amy is a registered manager for Aspire services in West Cornwall and lives with her family on a small farm near Newquay. Amy loves all year round beach bbq’s and entertaining family and friends.
Amy has been working in the care sector for 12 years. She has lots of experience working with adults with learning disabilities and multiple profound needs, including dementia and end of life care. She worked at and managed the same registered care home for 12 years until it closed in 2023.
Dan
MANAGER, EAST CORNWALL
Dan joined Aspire in 2022 following work across a range of posts covering adult social care, housing, substance misuse, learning disability and hospital discharge.
He has a level 5 diploma in leadership and Health and Social Care.
Outside of work he mainly sleeps but also enjoys some coffee snobbery, strolling with his dog and has just seen his daughter off to university.
Monique
MANAGER, EAST CORNWALL
Monique is a registered manager for Aspire supporting a person in East Cornwall.
Mon has worked with Aspire since April 2023. She has worked in care for 11+ years across Plymouth and Cornwall.
When not working, she likes to spend time with family and catching up with friends. When feeling particularly motivated and energetic, she enjoys walking on the moor.
