Supported Living

We provide 24/7 support

We can wrap around a person, providing 24/7 support to enable them to remain within their home safely with the support they need.

Our teams are trained in physical intervention if required and our restraint reduction lead Dom makes sure it is only used as a last resort. Our Learning Disability Nurse Jon helps the teams to explore and develop strategies to reduce the persons distress over time. We work closely with the person, professionals, families and advocates to ensure the person remains at the centre of their lives despite often living with lots of labels.

We do not have “beds” or vacancies. Each person is supported to live in their own shared ownership, social housing or rented accommodation to create a home that is able to reflect their unique needs through the smooth and the rough of their recovery journey. This ranges from having outside space to make things from pallets to bespoke bathrooms and recessed lighting, reducing the need for retraumatising admissions.
