Outreach

We support people to get out into the community in East Cornwall and Plymouth to do the things that bring them joy, keep active, see friends and family or just help with day to day tasks that just need to get done.

We recruit people to match the person and what they would like to do. Whilst there is some flexibility this usually means for set hours across the week. This does mean they will see the same people enabling them to build up a good relationship and feel brave enough to try new things together.

Reducing restrictive practice

Regardless of the design of the support, the shape or space of the person’s home, we are consistent in our drive to reduce unnecessary restrictive practices whether that is through regularly reviewing medication or teaching someone how to stay safe on the internet.
