Job description:

We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic staff to join us working with a gentleman with Autism who lives in his own home in the community as part of our outreach support team. The gentleman we support is very independent, he loves music, gardening and having animals around him.

This is not a typical job in care and requires individuals with energy and drive to assist this gentleman’s pathway to a healthy, happy lifestyle. You will be lone working in the person’s home and in the community so someone who is confident and a problem solver would be ideal.

We will provide holiday pay and sick pay, (including a day off for your birthday), a robust training and induction programme that includes Trauma informed care and Positive Behaviour Support. We don’t think experience is necessary but the right attitude and the willingness to learn is. So what do you have to lose?

You must have a UK Driving License for this role.

This is a Permanent position

Shifts: 6 hour Day shifts (Including Weekends)

Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week

Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour
